Refund Policy
Jewelry items are very delicate and they need to be handled very carefully. We cannot provide refunds for jewelry items that are broken. With this in mind we do want to hear from you if you are having any problems with any of our jewelry.
In Stock Items
Items purchased in our shop are returnable within 10 days of purchase as long as they have not been worn or damaged.
Special Orders
Items ordered in specifically for you are typically not returnable.
Custom Orders
Since custom orders are based on your requests any item(s) custom ordered are not returnable.
Hair Accessories and Earrings are not returnable.
We want all of our customers to be happy so please contact us if you are unhappy with any item. We will do our best to resolve any issue.
