Eternally Pearls

1.     Your organization should have a kickoff meeting for your fundraiser.  Ask all of your members to invite friends and relatives who may be interested in purchasing from your fundraiser. Be sure to check with us so we are available to attend on the date you are considering.  We will set up some examples of our jewelry and hair accessories so everyone can see some of the items.  We also have two photo albums with pictures of many of our items.

2.     During the fundraiser we will be available to answer any questions.  We have a booth at the Richwood Flea Market, and any individuals are welcome to stop down to see and/or try on the jewelry prior to ordering.

3.     The fundraiser should be limited to two weeks to take orders.

4.     The chairperson will collect the individual orders and money by the due date.

5.     The chairperson will compile all of the orders into one order to Eternally Pearls.

6.     Payment must be made with your order. The large order discount is based on the retail price of all of our items.  If the total retail price of all items you are ordering is over $500.00 your organization would be eligible to receive a 25% discount.  Just add up the retail price for all items ordered and take that total times .75. That will be the amount you will owe Eternally Pearls with your order. The difference between what you collected and what you need to pay is the profit you make from your fundraiser.  The discount cannot be applied to gold or tahitian pearl items.

7.     We do need you to collect 6% sales tax unless you tell us in writing that this fundraiser would be tax exempt for your organization. We will also need a copy of your tax exempt certificate.  If we do not receive these two items prior to your order you will need to include 6% sales tax.

8.     Please allow 3-4 weeks from the date you place your order for delivery of the products.

9.     All items will be delivered to your chairperson for distribution to the individuals within your organization.
